Shipping Policy:  We ship all merchandise via FedEx Home Delivery or UPS Ground in the continental USA. If you choose to use any other method of shipping please contact us for charges and instructions. We usually ship within 3 business days of clearing of funds.

Shipping Schedule:  All orders received before 3:00PM EST Monday - Thursday, and Fridays until 11:00AM will ship on the same day For items described "same day shipping" .

Receiving Your Order:  We inspect every item before shipping for damages. All items are insured by FedEx/UPS.

Please follow these guidelines when you receive your order. Upon receipt of your merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. In the event your package arrives damaged, either do not accept delivery, make sure that condition is noted with delivery person or contact the carrier to inspect the package for a full refund/replacement. If You are unable to contact them, we will contact them for you. All packaging material MUST be retained until problem has been resolved.

Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise. Please DO NOT damage the manufaturer's packaging. DO NOT throw away any of the packaging materials such as boxes, bags, cushioning materials, etc. until you are completely sure you want to keep the merchandise. Broken items will be replaced as long as above policy was followed.

Return Policy:  All items - not marked "Final Sale" - will be accepted for a refund within 7 days of receiving merchandise. The item must be new unused. You must have the original box, all packing material.
